Presenting: Scaleup Garage Cohort 3

The Fall 2020 ​Scaleup Garage cohort is here!

The University of Ottawa’s Entrepreneurship Hub is thrilled to announce the third cohort of our Scaleup Garage program.

As its name implies, the Scaleup Garage aims to help startups scale up their operations and increase month-over-month growth. This eight-month program will provide resources, such as professional connections, as well as entrepreneurs and professionals who will act as mentors for the students and recent graduates whose startup will be selected.

Now in its third year, Scaleup Garage is excited to announce the following 4 student and recent-alum led companies will form the Fall 2020 Cohort!

Bagsort

Bagsort offers a short-term luggage storage service that partners with over 100 businesses across Canada and the United States. Their verified partner locations will store luggage, bags, or other personal items for a small fee per day.

Dunia Pay

Dunia Pay provides a service that allows Africans to transfer money using their mobile phone numbers — no bank required.

Ekindna Sensing

Ekidna Sensing offers a rapid, simple to operate, and portable cannabinoid testing solution that eliminates process bottlenecks and enables new testing use cases.

Gift Better Co.

Gift Better Co. provides a service that marries corporate social responsibility with corporate gifting by promoting usable gifts that also provide to the community, in an effort to put more meaning behind everyday gifts.
